JAY HANDY
Jay Handy is an artist and printmaker working between Madison, Wisconsin and Utrecht, Netherlands. He received his MFA from Lesley University College of Art and Design.
His work begins with photographs and explores memory, place, belonging, and the quiet tension held inside ordinary moments. Using drypoint, chine collé, hand-dyed paper, photography, collage, and glass, he creates layered works meant to be lived with, not simply looked at.
His work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private, corporate, and institutional collections.
