The Signal
A girl crouches in shallow water while a second figure behind her lifts a towel overhead in a gesture that could be playful, urgent, or meant for someone beyond the frame. The image never quite tells us which. That uncertainty is the point. The work becomes a small study in distance, communication, and the meanings we assign to gestures we cannot fully read.
