The juxtaposition of lounging figures looking on from a distance at the capsizing boat of refugees seeking safety poses a question to all. When does lack of action become as harmful as action? The bleak colors that surround the capsizing boat remind us that every day poses a new opportunity to move forward or repeat the past.
